AIMPLAS offers specialized training for the plastic sector. Every year several plans are devised and set in motion for on-going training (aimed at the professional retraining of active workers), training for unemployed people (in order to enable unemployed young people to enter the plastic sector), tailor-made training (in order to satisfy the training needs of company) and official training (through the Spanish vocational training certificate "Plastic and Rubber Technician").

AIMPLAS has classrooms, laboratories, workshops and equipment in the pilot plant, which complement and guarantee the quality of the training offered.

AIMPLAS has a job offers section (free for associated companies) whose objective is to serve as a bridge between the plastics sector industry, which seeks professionals specialised in polymers, and job seekers with knowledge and experience in said field.
